Dr. Faisal Al Rubaee

a licensed and board-certified Family Physician with over 20 years of clinical experience. He has completed six months of specialized training in Diabetes Mellitus management and holds certification in Public Health, with a focus on communicable diseases. As the Head of the Communicable Diseases Department at the DGHS in Dhahira, Oman, Dr. Faisal oversees the management of tuberculosis (both active and latent), malaria, and sexually transmitted infections, including HIV.

He plays a key role in outbreak response and preparedness, handling situations like COVID-19, Dengue, and MPox, while also supervising immunization programs such as EPI, HCW vaccinations, and influenza. Dr. Faisal is dedicated to training healthcare workers in the screening, diagnosis, and treatment of various communicable diseases. With a strong background in clinical research, evidence-based medicine, and leadership, he is committed to enhancing public health and healthcare delivery.
